CDR Reporting for Businesses with Multiple PBXs / Locations:
Genesis Professional Multi Switch Call Accounting is for multi-site businesses with existing computer networks that have more than one switchboard that they want monitored. If you have a network connection between your locations and would like to centralize Call Accounting data collection, processing and billing Genesis Professional Multi Switch Call Accounting can get the job done for you. Call data is collected at each site and routed in real time to a main central site using your own network or the internet. The call data is stored on a central computer where reports can be produced manually or automatically and printed, faxed or emailed to the desired destination. Genesis Professional Multi Switch Call Accounting is especially useful when used in conjunction with the software’s web-based interface, which allows you to access and administer your software from anywhere on your corporate network. User accounts can be created to permit and deny various menus within the application. Call data can also be optionally transmitted to another computer running a Property Management System (PMS) for consolidated billing.
Genesis Professional Multi Switch Call Accounting can be configured to collect data at a specified interval, however Genesis fully supports and highly recommends real-time data collection. This can be accomplished in a variety of ways, such as direct connection (serial port interface), IP connection or dial-up modem access.
