Our SMARTSTACK program allows you to build and stack up various elements of a whole solution and gain discounts every step of the way. Each element allows you to discount as you build within each band of the discount structure. The more you build the solution, the greater the discount. As you add components, If you are new to us, once you graduate to a certain size of the solution, you will also qualify for our FRESHMAN New Customer Loyalty program (see below).
Here’s how it works: Gain 1% discount for each component: System, Devices, Cable install, Internet service, etc. up to a maximum discount of 8%. You can gain a total discount of either 2%, 4%, 6% or 8%. (Some conditions apply)
Our STARTSMART program allows you to defer and finance the install costs of a solution (normally paid up front) to equal payments over the first 12 months, which will be added to your monthly recurring fees. This provides a lower start up costs and helps you build your business over the first year with the cash put to better use up front. (Some conditions apply)
Our SMARTBUY program will pay for the displacement (contract buyout) from your existing provider to one of our platforms. This is eligible on 5 year deals only. (Some conditions apply)

FRESHMAN NEW CUSTOMER PROGRAM
- Every new customer hitting a minimum 4 element stack with a 20k purchase is entered into the annual draw of 3 x $300 cashback or credit awards
- Positive review per year gets an additional draw entry

DIAMOND CUSTOMER PROGRAM
- Eligible only to customers on Smart Talk systems
- Annual discounts for purchases
- Entry in into the annual draw of 3 x $300 cashback or credit awards
- Positive review per year gets an additional draw entry
SOPHOMORE EXISTING CUSTOMER PROGRAM (excluding Smart Talk)
- After 1 year of contract loyalty, customers are entered into a draw for 1 of 5 network reviews worth 1 hour premium tech time or 50% off a full network assessment
- Eligible for Annual draw for $300 cash back or new device discounts
- Positive review per year gets an additional draw entry
- Some limitations apply for distance customers: those outside the GTA
UNDERGRAD SERVICE CONTRACT CUSTOMER PROGRAM (excluding Smart Talk)
- After 3 years of contract loyalty they will be eligible for the annual draw of 3 x $300 cashback or credit awards
- Minimum annual recurring total of $1,800
- Positive review per year gets an additional draw entry
VIP LOYALTY PROGRAM (excluding Smart Talk)
- Eligible for customers on Service contracts or Recurring Services after 5 years of continuous services
